Frequently Asked Questions

Can anyone do this?
Children ages 6 and over are welcome. Please respect that we know what we are doing. Under 6 is just too small. Safety is always our #1 concern. Big kids and adults are also welcome! We have something for everyone and it is definitely fun for even all of you “adult children” that just don’t want to grow up!
Do I have to wear a lifejacket?
YES! We require and provide life jackets. If you would like to bring your own you may as long as it is coast guard approved. Everyone must wear a life jacket – even you olympic swimmers!
How long can we stay?
We charge hourly and offer a 2 hour special. Unlike other parks, we give a FULL HOUR in the water and we actually give a discount if you would like to purchase 2 hours up front. You can always extend your time at the hourly rate as well if you just have not had enough!
Are you open every day? What if the weather is bad?
YES! With the exception of weather which we can obvioulsy not foresee, we plan on being open every day. Keep in mind storms or threat of high winds, lightning, or rain is not safe to allow people in the water. We will unfortunately have to close on those rare occasions and we will post that on our social media pages. Watch facebook and instagram for those updates!
How can we pay?
We take everything BUT cash. Pay by any credit card, apple pay, chip, swipe, or tap. No cash at this location please!! We can not take cash here so please bring alternate payment methods.
Do we have to fill out a waiver?
YES! Sorry guys – insurance makes us have rules. Everyone must fill out a waiver. If you are 18 or older you can sign for yourself. If you are under 18 you must bring a parent that can sign for you. The parent does not have to stay but you must have them sign the waiver BEFORE participating. You will not be allowed in the water without a signed waiver.
If I was here yesterday do I have to fill out another waiver?
YES! New day, new waiver. Again – insurance makes rules. We follow them.
Do you have lifeguards?
YES! We are always fully staffed with certified lifeguards that are also certified in first aid and CPR. We don’t anticipate accidents and we run a tight safe ship, but we are prepared at all times. The lifeguards are there for your safety and must be respected and obeyed at all times or you will be asked to leave. Again – safety first.
